PECAN PIE COOKIES Ingredients :
Cookie1 cup firmly packed brown sugar3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened1 Land O Lakes® Egg1 teaspoon vanilla2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powderFilling1 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream1 teaspoon vanilla Directions :Heat oven to 350°F.Combine all cookie ingredients except flour and baking powder in bowl.
