Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients :
1 cup blanched almond flour1/4 coconut flour4 tablespoons tapioca starch1/2 cup butter, melted4 eggs1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon sea salt1/4 cup honey or other sweeteners you prefer2 teaspoons vanilla extract1/2 cup chocolate chips or more if you like Directions :Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and adjust rack to middle position. Place almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca starch, baking soda and sea salt in a medium mixing bowl. Mix it well together.Whisk butter, eggs, honey and vanilla in a large measuring cup and pour into dry mixture. Stir until a dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop or ice cream scoop, scoop the dough and place each dough ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press each dough ball down so the diameter of the cookie is now 3 inches. Bake for 12 minutes just until golden brown on the edges.Cool for 5 minutes on cooling rack.
